So Selig doesn't plan on overturning the call...

Not sure what I think about that: on one hand, this might be the only chance Galarraga has at a perfect game and he loses it based on something in no way, shape or form within his control; on the other hand, baseball has always been a sport that has that "human error" factored into its lore.
