Apparently, Pingdom released the results of a study they did to see which blogging platforms were the most and least reliable. Tumblr didn’t do well…though part of it might have to do with how quickly it’s been growing.

As someone who has been using Tumblr for a long time: yeah, the service fall all the time and it sucks-- then again, like you said, it might be because of how fast it has grown... it used to be so well-hidden!
