Look at this man. Is he REALLY the person you want deciding for you what is and what isn't "anti-American" when it comes to our judicial process. For a man who never misses an opportunity to tell us what a great (and HIGHLY paid) "historian" he is, you would think he'd remember this little thing about the separation of powers within our government. It's kinda' there for a reason...
